What you’ll need for an outdoor daybed swing

Materials

(26) 4 x 4 x 10′ YellaWood® brand pressure treated pine timbers
(5) 2 x 6 x 8′ YellaWood® brand pressure treated pine lumber
(1) 2 x 4 x 12′ or (2) 2 x 4 x 8′ YellaWood® brand pressure treated pine
(6) 5/4 x 6 x 12′ YellaWood® brand pressure treated pine decking
(1 lb box) 2″ wood screws (to attach decking planks)
(1 lb box) 6″ Torx-head wood screws (to attach structure)
(30) 16-gauge 2″ nails
(1) 3/4″ or 1″ x 40′ rope
(4) 3/4″ or 1/2″ stainless steel conduit hanger
(Use 3/4″ or 1″ rope with corresponding conduit hanger to make sure rope fits very tightly within the hanger. Select the rope and hanger whose load rating suits your needs.)
